SBS Tech Library Unveiled
Better late than never, right? Almost four years after the launch of SBS 2003, Microsoft has created a central source of technical information about the product. Good idea, but I’m not sure it’s doing what it’s supposed to do. For example, I tried doing a search for business contact manager to see if it would bring up the latest whitepapers on installing BCM on SBS. I got redirected to a generic search of the entire Microsoft site and got over 80,000 hits. The SBS documentation says more features are coming. I hope the library lives up to its potential.
Update: The SBS Documentation team realized they had a search problem and they are working to fix it.
