How to act drunk
Acting students, take note. If you want to see a convincing portrayal of someone who has had just a bit too much to drink, watch the episode “The Wrap Party” from Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. Amanda Peet does a great job. She’s not slurring her words and falling over coffee tables. She’s just acting a little too upbeat, dropping the filter between thought and speech, and having just a speck of trouble with pronunciation.
