Naming rights and wrongs
And I thought I was so clever, calling this The Schlog. Turns out a couple folks beat me to it:

To the best of my knowledge, neither they nor I can copyright or service-mark the title of a blog, but I’ll check with sister-in-law (an intellectual property law professor) just in case.
Also, I swear, I swear, I swear on my life that when I named this I had no idea about this TV-MA “definition.” I just stumbled across that while researching this post. Had I known, do you think I would have chosen this name? Yeah, probably I would have … I like the way it sounds.
